Bob Dart joins LendingForms.com as New Chairman

Southfield, Michigan (March 1, 2007): LendingForms.com, a full-service mortgage forms and e-forms services provider, announced that Bob Dart has been appointed as the new Chairman.

Prior to his joining LendingForms.com, Dart served as president and CEO of VMP Mortgage Forms, where for seventeen years he played a key role in developing and introducing a variety of mortgage forms products and services to build the industry leader. Dart was also one of the founding members of XML-MP, an industry work-study group focused on creating, developing and implementing an industry standard language.
